Our client is a growing boutique search firm that offers contract, contingency perm, retained and engaged searches.
The main verticals are Supply Chain, ENG, Logistics, Manufacturing, Scientific, Sales & Marketing, and HR.
They are looking to add a REMOTE Full Desk Recruiter to their team. This person will manage their own clients/desk in addition to supporting sales. Driven by clients, not territory.
Our client is based in PA, but candidates can live in New Jersey, Delaware, or Pennsylvania.
At least ONE YEAR OF STAFFING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED but can be in a different niche. Base salary + Health and Dental benefits offered.
