Calling All New Grads - Billing Specialist

Description:

1. Collections of a portfolio that carries a balance of less than $5mil
2. Using Get Paid, emailing or calling customers as necessary.
3. Use of customer portals for invoice submission
4. Produce summary invoices as needed per customer
5. Replies to customers with a sense of urgency and high customer service level
6. Escalates accounts to branches and/or management when issues arise
7. Reconciles non-complex accounts
8. Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Accounting Degree preferred - or hands on accounting experience
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in billing role, required
- MS Office Suite: with an emphasis on Excel

- Strong research and problem: solving skills
- Accounts receivable knowledge is a plus
- Communicate clearly: both verbal and written with a professional demeanor
- Ability to access company’s internal systems including, Salesforce, Results, Intranet, Descartes, bank websites, e-invoicing and chat software
